How Much Is Study.com?

Study.com is one of many new online educational platforms that provides its users with a wide variety of learning resources, from video lessons to flashcards, quizzes, exams, and more.

It was founded back in 2002 and has now become one of the more popular online learning platforms, having millions of students using it worldwide.

It has been especially popular for students who are preparing to enter college exams, or those who want college credits via online courses.

Today, we are going to look at just how much Study.com, a handy educational program, costs. We will look at everything from subscription plans to additional fees. As well as looking at the value of the service that Study.com proves.

The Basics – What Previous Users State

Study.com has a choice of subscription plans for individuals, businesses, and even families.

It is said that the individual plan starts at $9.95 pcm, and the family subscription plan begins at $19.95 pcm and allows for 4 family members to access the content.

Then there is the business plan, which is said to start at $49.95 pcm, which provides access to all the course library and additional resources to employees.

As well as these subscription plans, there are additional services and fees, there are access fees for each course taken, as well as exam proctoring fees for certain exams. That being said, you can get discounts and special offers.

However, these claims are disputed, is this the cost? Or is it outdated? Keep reading, we will get to that in a moment!

The Cost Of Accessing Study.com

Okay, but how much does it cost?

Well, on top of their plans, anticipate additional costs which are associated with taking courses via this program. There are access fees for courses taken, and exam proctoring fees for exams which require this.

Discounts and special offers are applicable for businesses and students. If you are a student, and you have a valid student email address you can receive a discount.

Businesses can take advantage of special packages with discounted rates on exam proctoring costs, access fees, and subscription plans.

Study.com is competitively priced in comparison to many other online education platforms. With low prices for individuals, families, and businesses, their pricing is very competitive as it is much more tempting than some competition.

For example, one of their competitors, Chegg, starts at $19.95 per month.

When you compare Study.com to its competitors, like Chegg, you also need to consider content quality as well, the flexibility of the platform, and convenience, not to mention the amount of support you can get.

Study.com offers learners high-quality content, on a flexible, and convenient platform with high-grade customer support.

What Is The Value of Study.com?

In any aspect of business quality, the cost comparison is important. The price will always affect the quality, however, when compared with competitors, Study.com is one of the better options.

But There Is A Catch!

While many previous users state that the costs are $9.95, $19.95, and $49.95 pcm, this is not necessarily correct!

That’s right! It’s much more!

Previously, Study.com did not disclose their prices on their site, and all we had to go off of was user reviews. However, now their plans are up online!

Overall

Claims that Study.com is much cheaper than it is are probably outdated. Study.com has grown a lot in recent years, and it is now paired with many colleges and universities.

So, while the true costs of Study.com are quite high, you do get bang for your buck, and we would say it is worth it. As a student expect costs to start at $59.99, but for what you get, anticipate it to be worthwhile!
